Students Eligible to Apply

Must have an interest in study and show evidence of probable success in his or her field of endeavor and must be a member of a 4-H Club or FFA Chapter; a senior in high school with good grades and attendance for a two year period; demonstrated a willingness to be of service to his/her school , community and home by his or her involvement; and have participated in activities or contests in the Livestock Department of the West Texas Fair and Rodeo.
