Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail, Inc.
Students Eligible to Apply
Graduating senior who participated in a Junior Achievement program during high school; grade point average 3.0. Applicants will be chosen based on participation in Junior Achievement, extracurricular activities, leadership qualities, college/career potential and financial need.
Number Awarded Annually and Amount of Scholarship
1 At-Large scholarship for any Community College or University ($1,000 renewable for 4 years)
2 for enrollment at McMurry University ($1,000 renewable for 4 years), 2 awarded
2 for enrollment at Hardin Simmons University ($1,500 renewable for 4 years), 3 awarded
3 for enrollment at Abilene Christian University ( $1,500 renewable for 4 years), 3 awardedContact your Junior Acheivement teacher, the JA office(325) 677-3557or your counselor's office for and application and deadline information.
Due to certain requirements and paperwork, Cooper and AHS deadlines MAY BE DIFFERENT (earlier) than the final deadlines on the applications in order to allow students ample time to complete. Check with your counselor for your high school deadline!
