Descriptions

This fund was established in 1999 by the Wagstaff, Alvis, Stubbeman, Seamster and Longacre legal firm to honor the memory of Bob Alvis, one of its founding partners. A scholarship award will be made annually to an area student who is an incoming freshman at Hardin-Simmons University and a member of the Cowboy Band.

This fund is in a growth phase and no awards are available at this time.

Due to certain requirements and paperwork, Cooper and AHS deadlines MAY BE DIFFERENT (earlier) than the final deadlines on the CFA applications in order to allow students ample time to complete. Check with your counselor for your high school deadline!
